Account Deletion
Delete your Quizzy account
For Quizzy (com.sntechnologies.quizzy) and any other apps published by S. N. Technologies.
You can request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. We will process your request within 30 days, as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
How to request deletion
- Send an email from the Google account you used to sign in to Quizzy to:
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request — Quizzy"
- In the body, include:
- Your registered email address (the one you signed in with)
- Your in-app referral code (optional, helps us locate your account faster)
- Whether you want full deletion or only specific data removed
- We will reply within 30 days to confirm the deletion and provide a reference number.
What gets deleted
On confirmation, we permanently remove from our active systems:
- Your account profile (name, email, profile photo URL, authentication identifiers)
- Your in-app activity (gameplay history, coins, gems, level, streak, referral records)
- Your saved payment addresses (UPI VPA, recipient email for gift cards)
- Notifications, support communications and session tokens
What we are required to retain
Under Indian tax and anti-money-laundering laws, we must retain completed transaction records (payouts and gift-card redemptions, including amount and counterparty identifiers) for a minimum of eight (8) years. These records are anonymised from your active account but kept in archived storage strictly for legal and audit purposes. They are never used for any other purpose.
Before you delete
- Withdraw any pending balance first. Coins are forfeited on deletion and cannot be recovered.
- You will lose your referral chain. Users you referred remain, but you will no longer earn future referral rewards.
- Sign-in with Google for a new account creates a fresh profile — past progress cannot be transferred or restored.
Partial data deletion
If you only want a specific piece of data removed (for example, your saved UPI ID) without deleting the whole account, mention this in your email and we will action it separately.
