Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by S. N. Technologies, a partnership firm constituted under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 and registered in Delhi, India (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which the relevant Service is restricted by local law. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of using the Service in your jurisdiction.

2. Account

• You may register only one account per individual. Multi-accounting is prohibited and may result in suspension.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials linked to your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.
• We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Services by, any third party. Specific in-product terms (such as virtual-currency rules, redemption tiers, or game-specific mechanics) will be presented within the relevant Service and form part of these Terms.

4. Payments and payouts

Where a Service involves payments or payouts, these will be processed by our authorised payment partners. Standard processing time is up to seven business days. Failed payouts due to incorrect payment details are your responsibility. Tax deduction at source (TDS) may apply as per applicable Indian law; in such cases the net amount paid will reflect TDS withheld. We may delay or refuse any payout that we reasonably suspect is the result of fraud, multi-accounting or violation of these Terms.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators, modified clients or any automated means to interact with the Services.
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate another person.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the Services or their back-end APIs.
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities or unintended behaviours. Discovered issues should be reported to us in good faith.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or evading taxes.

6. Intellectual property

All content in the Services — including code, designs, logos, artwork, sound, copy and brand marks — is owned by or licensed to S. N. Technologies and is protected by Indian and international intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by law. Upon termination, any unredeemed balance attributable to violation of these Terms will be forfeited.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount you have received from us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the Services or by email and will take effect on the “Effective date” stated at the top. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
